Second filter Recipe: first is to use the spherize filter under Distort, with the Amount at -100 and the Mode at vertical only. Second step is to use the Plastic Wrap filter under the Artistic, with the settings at 7 under the Highlight Strength; 8 under Detail; and 6 under Smoothness. Third and final step is to use the Texturizer under the Texture filter, with the Scaling at 200%; the Relief at 4; and the Light at the top.
